Indicative information only
Our calculators and reports are indicative illustrations based on the figures you enter and on advertised lender rates at the time. They are not personalised financial advice, a quote, an offer of finance, a pre-approval, or a recommendation of any lender or product. No lender is named or recommended in your results.
Your responsibility for the figures you give us
We cannot verify what you enter. If your balance, rate, term or repayment is not accurate, the result will not be either. Always check your own loan documents and take advice before making a financial decision.
Rates and assumptions
Rates shown can change at any time and may not be available to you. Our calculations use standard assumptions, including monthly amortisation, a maximum 30 year term, and an assumed legal cost deducted from any cashback figure. Fees, break costs, low-equity margins and lender criteria may change the outcome materially.
Adviser introductions
If you ask to speak with an adviser we will introduce you to a registered financial adviser. Any advice you receive is given by that adviser, who is responsible for it. We may receive a referral fee for the introduction.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any tool at any time. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on indicative results, from inaccurate information supplied to us, or from decisions made without professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
The content, design and calculation tools on this site belong to us. Please do not copy, scrape, resell, or attempt to interfere with the site or its security.
